Case 7070664410 install/upgrade failed, update still says at end of life/fails

[Windows 11]

I can't seem to open another chat window to talk to support again to resolve this, the link the tech gave me is not working. It's a brand new computer with windows 11 and it says it's at end of life. Updates fail, the tech said to do an upgrade instead and that failed. I need to contact someone to get this resolved and I have the case number, but it's closed and I can't reopen it.
