Can't write to any external drive. Says destination file access denied.

Hello, For a long time now, any time I try to write to ANY external drive (usb, ssd, hdd). I keep getting destination file access denied. I have tried a lot of fixes available on the internet:I formatted the drive to NTFS and gave it permissions I ran diskpart and gave it permissionsChanged WriteProtect to 0Edited group policy editor fixreinstalled my usb driversamong many moreI am at a loss on what to do.
