Cant verify Cdrom.sys if its signed.

Ik have a little project where I automate windows installationwith powershell, normally I use a USB stick with a winpe environment to run some powers he'll scripts from boot. Now I have run into a issue where it says that cdrom.sys isn't signed and won't load into the winpe environment. I thought that maybe the RAM would be the issue but I have the same problem on a virtual machine.I tried: Replacing the .sys file with a legitimate Windows oneDeleting the .sys file ( i could always try but obviously it didn't work)Cleared all TPM keys and secure boot settings in the bios.Reinstalled the newest
