can't use contact microsoft links

i've tried on a freshly installed browser even, i just keep getting the same error message"access denied you don't have permission to access "Contact Us - Microsoft Support"Reference #18.911a1202.1719387284.3ca6a339https://errors.edgesuite.net/18.911a1202.1719387284.3ca6a339"i lost access to my second email, and when trying to recover it, it got blocked, if possible would love to have an email or something so i can talk to a human rather than automated messages that aren't very helpful, thanks.
