There is PC health check app on install/uninstall list.The problem is I can't uninstall that.I downloaded that from Microsoft Online Services :..... (see below.)Still, I see the same message below. It's unlimited loop.Only think I can do is. Format windows and Instll it from USB. (But backup process will take too lon
