Cant upgrade to Windows 11

I wanted to upgrade to Windows 11 and tried to use the Upgrade Assistent. It tells me, that I cant upgrade, because a driver or service isnt ready for this version, but it doesnt tell me wich driver or service is the problem, is there some way to find the problem child and fix this manually?thanks
