Cant upgrade to windows 11

For some reason when i hard restarted my pc it changed to windows enterprise and i cant change it to windows 10 and i think that that is the reason that i cant upgrade to windows 11 because when i downgraded to windows 10 form 11 about half a year ago i think i used the wrong key but i want to go back can someone help me? Error Code: 0xc004f015
