Cant upgrade from Win 10 to Win 11

I am trying everything I can to upgrade my Windows 10 system to Windows 11. My regular windows updater got stuck and tells me review the license terms, but when I click on that, it just tells me "Error Encountered". So I ran the troubleshooter on that and it fixed something but it still says error encountered. My next step to try to upgrade was to use the Windows 11 Installation Assistant. It downloaded and starts installing until about 72% where it comes up with an error page giving me error code 0x8007007f. I have tried disabling my antivirus, I have tried restarting. I am stuck. Please help
