Can't update Windows for Win 11 ERROR CODE oX800706f4

After reading the previous input for WIN 11 updates, I have a similar problem of being unable to update. Also, MS 365 has audio issues.After a two-hour talk with level 1 support, they told me they had given me a ticket, 7068326803. They will contact me today at noon PST to go to level 2. When I was called, I answered that there were no blocks on my landline or cell, and it would not connect. I only heard static. I called back but only got a recording, and it said that support WIN 11 is only online now. I called back a second time, and when I was asked to add the Ticket above, it was not recogn
