Can’t update windows after installing new nvidia driver

So yesterday I installed the nvidia game ready driver 526.86. Once you the install of the new driver was done my pc Blue screened with stop cod Memory-Management and restarted. Now I cannot take screenshots, play games that use Battle-eye anticheat(gives driver load error 577), install any windows products (when I do it says it’s from an unknown publisher and that it can’t run on my pc), or update windows with the windows check for updates feature. I also tried resetting my pc to factory and reinstalling windows but it says it cannot download windows to reinstall and I can’t create a local ins
