CAN'T UPDATE WINDOWS 10 AND CAN'T OPEN MC STORE

hHelp , I tried doing reset and stuff and I also read people who have the same problem and see the solutions but none of it work, I needed to install an app (ibispaint) I tried downloading on other resources but its always going back on Microsoft store that is stuck in loading screenthis happened to me already but I was able to install update back then and boom mc store is working after I update. But now I cant update windows so I cant open mc store. stuck in loading* Changed to a question
