cant update win 11 or use microsoft store

hello my windows broke some time ago and since then i have no way to use microsoft store which is pretty annoying. i have enough space for space for updates and stuff. for some reason i cant add screenshots uhh but windows update says: Your device is missing important security updates. and i cant press check for updates because its grayed out
