Can't update to Windows 10 22H2 - This PC can't run Windows 10

Hello,I've been getting a message in Windows Update that I'm missing important updates, but when I check for update, no major update is installed.In this thread I learned you can force Windows to update by downloading a installer from Microsoft website. Seeing that I'm indeed on older Windows version (21H1), I tried to update manually. Unfortunately, after running through the whole installer I got a message that this PC can't run Windows (although the installer said otherwise in step 1).
