cant update pc- Install error - 0x800700c1

i got my pc repaired recently and windows had to be re installed.ive tried updating it to the latest version but it comes up with Install error - 0x800700c1ive tried runing cmd administrator and put sfc /scannow but it comes up with errortroubleshooter doesnt workany help would be great
