Cant update password on mail app

[Windows 10]

When I got to the mail app I saw this: We couldnt acess this account:Gmail You might need to update your password or give the account permission to sync this deviceWhen I pressed that triangle it opens the windows where we change the password but for a split second it closes automaticly I cant even sync the device
