Can't type the backslash key \, but can type the | when combined with shift key.

I can't type the backslash sign \ in any application, but the | works just fine while holding the shift key.I've been searching "Backslash sign" in google and ctrl C+V, please help me.I've tried using a keyboard-testing website (Key-Test - keyboard test online).
