I have seen other people having the same problem in Windows 10. It seems not to have been fixed in Win 11 which I am running on my new laptop. When one is in Bing Chat (it happens in both Edge and Brave) and makes a voice query the answer is always read aloud regardless of the setting of the Narrator option. You need to let the user determine whether they want text to speech in this situation. I typically NEVER want it. I use voice to text because it is easier than typing, particularly on a laptop, but I am perfectly capable of reading the written text response. Please fix this. Thanks.
