Cant turn off dynamic lighting with out activating windows???

well hello dear people who read this, basicaly how you understand i have a problem with dynamic lighting. i have a logitech mouse G102 that has the light function, i was able to change it on windows 10 but now i upgraded and now i need to activate windows just to change colors, is there a way to disable it thru powershell or cmd?long story short: how to disable dynamic lighting with out activating windows?
