Can't Start actions / Remove Malicious Software

Hi, I need your help.I can't remove this virus called Trojan:Win32/Wacatac.A!ml and HackTool:Win32/Keygen!MSR.If I click "Start actions", it does nothing and the virus is still there.I tried using Microsoft Defender Antivirus (offline scan) but still not removed.When Microsoft Defender scan my device, it always says "No new threats were found".I hope you could help. I would be so appreciated if you could help me because that virus already hacked my social media accounts.If you need more informations I'm gonna answer it.Sorry for bad grammar.
