Can't Sign Up To Clipchamp

Hi,I have encountered a problem while trying to create an account on the web version of Clipchamp using my Microsoft account. Every time I enter my email and password, I get the following message: “You can’t access your account after submitting a request for account deletion.”However, I have never created an account on Clipchamp before and never deleted one. I don’t understand why I am getting this error and I would like to the service.Could anyone please look into this issue and help me resolve it? I would appreciate assistance and prompt response.
