Can't sign into microsoft account on recently returned from manufacturer Asus ZenBook

I've been getting this error message every time I try to sign into my laptop with my Microsoft account. I never had this problem before the device went to the manufacturer, and I'm now concerned I may need to reimage it again. I'm including an image of the error message, and have tried it on a different wifi too just to see if that was the issue.
