Cant sign into local user, no option anywhere

[Windows 10]

So, im on windows 10. and i always had one user. and now in the settings i added a new LOCAL user. and when i sign out i only see the main user. when i go to other users it says like under the password, sign into work or school acc. and under the pin option it asks for email and pin. Where is my local user. I got windows hello enabled on the main idk if that has something with it. please help
