Can’t sign into account

[Windows 11]

I changed the name of the user files using the built in administrator account like microsoft told me to, but now when I try to log back into my regular account I get this error message saying “We can’t sign in to your account” and to sign out and sign back in. After doing that several times it’s clear that doesn’t work. I am so tired of this I just wanted to not have my deadname in every file on my computer. Why is it so hard to change the name? I just wanted my preferred name and now my computer won’t work. I tried to pass the message to just see if it would work and it did for a bit but noth
