Can't sign into a local account on my PC because of Outlook's login

Recently I had been having an issue with the user service "wsappx" which would eat up my RAM and CPU usage, following a tutorial I found in the Microsoft forums I was told to delete the "temp" and "%temp%" folder, then restart my PC and I'm afraid I might've missed a step throughout the guide that would end up rendering the alternative account on my device inaccesible.
