Can't sign in

Hi! I can't sign in to my laptop. I've tried using the fingerprint sensor, but its not working. I've cleaned in and tried different fingerprints but nothing works. The PIN has also been changed and I don't know what it is.I can't sign in, nor can I factory reset it
