Can't sign in to windows

My HP envy kept saying incorrect pin. I had not changed my pin somehow I got to the bios and added a admin/startup password hoping that would help. Now I can't even get to the pin login screen. It goes to the recovery screen it won't let me reset and I don't know what to do. Please help
