Hi! I've been trying to access my email accounts through the Outlook desktop application, but every time I try to sign in, it prompts me to enter my credentials from the company that I used to work for, and I no longer have access to the email account from the same company. I tried to input my personal email credentials, but it won't let me. I don't encounter the same issue when I use Outlook through a web browser however it would be a lot better if I could use the desktop version as well. How do I resolve this?
