Can't Sign in to my Microsoft Account

Hello! I recently resetted my PC because of some performance issues and quickly realized I entered the wrong password too many times and locked my account. I need to recover the account as it contains some of my subscriptions to continue my work and mainly that account is around 10-11 years old. I still have access to the gmail where it sends codes and the cell phone number too. But when I try to use either of the recovery option it just dosen't work.1.
