Can't sign in to my computer

[Windows 11]

Out of nowhere, I can't login to my notebook, it says it needs a verification code that sent in my email but i didn't receive the code and there's no other option.It's absurd, I can't get into my computer I can't sign in O have work to do and this problem came out of the blue, there's not even an option to resend the code
