I haven’t logged on to my desktop for a long time and forgot my password ( i normally access emails via my tablet with face recognition). I have just successfully changed my microsoft password but still can’t logon to the desktop. I can log on to my account via my phone but when i use the same password on the desktop it will no longer allow me to logon. It comes up with a message saying ‘You can’t sign in to your device right now. Go to account.com.live to fix the problem. My husband who is the administrator has no problems with access.
