Can’t sign in on choose an option screen

My PC is stuck in the ‘choose an option screen’ start up loop, and I can’t fix it as you have to sign in to your outlook account to use any of the options. So I reset the password, however the new password doesn’t work. Is there any way to fix this or will I have to just keep guessing the old password?
