Can’t sign due to lost email and forgotten pin

Hello , I was wondering if I could get some help on how to sign in on my old pc, however I factory resettled it about a month ago and do not have access to the email I put it under and have forgot the password that I had for both email and computer as I was planning on selling it . I was just wondering if anyone would be able to give me any advice which would help me unlock the pc as I am giving it to a family member and can’t if it won’t unlock. Any help would greatly be appreciated.
