Can't Shrink C: Drive Beyond 47GB for Dual Boot on Windows 11 even after disabling the "immovable files"

I'm trying to create a dual-boot setup on my Windows 11 machine. I attempted to shrink my C: drive (928GB) using Disk Management, but I can’t reduce it more than 47GB, even though I have 500G free space available.Furthermore, I searched online and found that immovable files can prevent shrinking. Trying to fix, I have:Disabled hibernation (powercfg /h off)Disabled page file (No paging file)Disabled system protection (System Restore)Disabled Kernel Memory Dump (Write Debugging Information "None")Disabled BitLockerRan DefragmentationRebootedI have also tried AOMEI, but it didn't work for a graph
