Can't select all files (Ctrl + A) in File Explorer after updating to 24H2

So after updating to 24H2 I am unable to select all files (usually ctrl + A) in the file explorer, the only thing I've done is disabling Recall feature via CMD, I don't know how to fix it or if it is a feature, can someone help? I can upload a video if needed.EDIT: Re-enabling Recall didnt fix anything.
