Can't seem to instal windows 10

PC had a problem and my entire nvme ssd was deleted. When making a bootable usb i dont see any disks or partitions to instal windows too, i doo see when looking for files manualy i find station X when files. And in cmd diskpart i onle see disk 0 my usb. The ssd it self is okay given i can read and write to it when hooked to another pc.
