Can't see my D: Drive after trying to boot Linux Ubuntu on windows

I got a Flash drive with Linux Ubuntu on and i tried to test it on my computer with my friend. But then i noticed that the system said: "install it on drive" and i didn't wanted, but then my friend accidently pressed the "install it on drive" I don't blame him because it also was a mistake and he tried to press the other option. My friend noticed he pressed it wrong quickly, so me and my friend shut the ubuntu down while installing and put the Flash Drive out quick. Then i booted normally on to windows again but my D: Drive was gone in the file explorer. So i tried to find the drive both in my
