Can’t run Starfield Error code (0x1)

I purchased Starfield through the Microsoft store and when I try to open I receive an error message (0x1) saying the game crashed. I have tried to uninstall and redownload but same issue. I have tried opening as administrator but same error code. Is this a common problem? How can I run the game I got, I don’t even get past the loading screen of the app launcher. Running on a new laptop with plenty of storage and memory and the required specs for the game. Thank you
