Can't run Software Protection service

[Windows 11]

Hey all, like the title says, I can't get my Software Protection service to run and as such, my pc now won't recognize my Windows license. I keep getting Error 5: access denied anytime I try to run it. (I would add a screenshot put I can't insert or paste an image for some reason.) I have already tried Net start in command line, taking ownership of the file, editing the registry, I've checked permissions, I've run system file checker and DISM. I'm out of ideas, if anyone has something else I can try, I would much appreciate it. I'm running Windows 11.
