Can't run as administrator anything even though I'm the only user

Hey, I've been facing this issue with my PC (Windows 10 Enterprise). I've been trying to download apps or use administrator privileges for things like Registry editor, command prompts, etc., as administrator but it's showing "file system error (-1073741795)." With this issue, I cannot access any administrator privilege software. I tried everything I could do; I even reset the PC, but my problem hasn't been solved.
