Can't retrieve account details to reset laptop

Hello,about 6 months ago I bought a DELL laptop with windows 11 on it. That's in UK, England. Yesterday it crashed and has not been able to start again since. Auto repair is not going through and the only option i have is a soft or hard reset/re-install of Windows. The problem for this is that I need the bitlocker key which for one I never recorded anywhere - I had not realised windows 11 use encryption - and secondly I'm not able to logon to my account to retrieve it. I've tried multiple times with the best that I know and account recovery is being denied.Is there another way for me to retrie
