Can’t reset PIN

Hi guys,I’m losing my mind. I have forgotten my PIN and every time I go to reset it says it’s sent to my email but it hasn’t sent anything. I’m receiving emails from Microsoft fine but nothing to do with my PIN. Please help, the laptop is a surface pro 5 and the call centre says it’s out of warranty so they can’t help…
