Cant reset password

Cant sign in to my other microsoft account. Cant reset password due to changing phone number. Submitted a form but got blocked instead. My other account is connected to my old phone number so i cant get sent a verification code. It is the only option i have. Ive tried to submit a form and give whatever information i could but microsoft says it’s not enough and blocked the account. I cant sign in on my computer anymore because of this.
