cant reset computer, any tips?

[Windows 10]

ive got an old HP laptop and it gets slow every once in awhile so i always factory reset it. anyways after trying to factory reset it this time, it keeps getting stuck around the 30-40% range and doesnt go any higher does anybody know what i can do? (im not very good with computers)
