Can't remove specific folder

I have this folder named "'." which I can't remove. I'm running out of ideas to get rid of it.I tried:- right click -> trash-powershell -> rd /s '.- -> rd /s "'."I suspect this folder is messing with its parents folders, I need to anilihate itThank you
