Can't reactivate Windows after a hardware change

Hi, I recently built a new PC and installed Windows 11 Pro, but I can't activate it. I have a retail license, but I no longer have access to my activation key. My license is linked to my Microsoft account, as I've successfully reactivated Windows in the past by signing in after reinstalling on my old PC.In Settings > Activation, I see this error message:"We can't reach our activation servers right now.
