Can't Purchase from Microsoft Store Because I need to "Ask a parent for permission" Even though I am an Adult and Not in any Family Group

Hello, recently I was trying to purchase Forza Horizon 4 Standard Edition from the Microsoft Store App on my Windows 10 PC. However when I went to checkout, I was met with the message "Ask a parent for permission". As far as I know I am not part of any family group and I am an adult. Why is this message showing up?
