Can't process payment for Minecraft for PC

I keep trying to purchase Minecraft PC for my little sister, but always get an error after putting in payment. Error reads:Contact us at Microsoft support We’re having trouble processing your payment and we’d like to get it sorted out.gNPZ8Br+05AZSge3CoQi/B.0.5I have tried chatting with support but they weren't able to sort it out. This issue has been happening for about a week. I am running Windows 11 and so is she. No problems with the card when I called my bank, and haven't been charged. I've tried purchasing through her account directly, and also from my own account as a gift. Anyone else
