Can't post my comments on news item.

I am signed into my Microsoft account and trying to comment on a news story. It keep on saying pick an account and I pick my Microsoft account (which says I am signed in) and then it just continues to go into a circle when I try to enter my comments. It then asks me again to pick which account,.....repeat. This is so frustrating as I wrote a long response and now can't post it!
