Can't perform windows activation

Hello,Can't perform windows activation after motherboard change. Must be something to do with that I changed my motherboard when I was at local account and logged in to my account with new motherboard. Changed all back and linked my account with old motherboard -> said that windows is activated with digital license linked to my account. After that changed new motherboard in and get 0xC004F211 and unable to solve that no matter what.
