Can't open Windows 11 security app because it's missing?

Hello, I'm running Windows 11 pro, version 22H2 (22621.1848) ARM build, running as a VM, and when I try to opening Windows Security, I receive the error "We can't open this 'windowsdefender' link. Your device needs a new app to open this link". When I search for Windows Security, I don't see it.I don't have any 3rd party antivirus software. I downloaded my build from Uupdump.net. as recommended by UTM.I've tried the following without any success:- I've run the command "Add-AppxPackage -Register -DisableDevelopmentMode "C:\Windows\SystemApps\Microsoft.Windows.SecHealthUI_cw5n1h2txyewy\AppXManif
